Make it work. Make it understood.

ProFlow is one London team for the code your business runs on and the words it speaks in: software development, IT consultancy, translation and interpreting.

Behind the headline: “understood” in 58 languages — and in HTTP.

Why one team

Projects rarely break in the code or in the copy. They break at the handover.

A developer ships a screen with the words hard-coded. A translator receives a spreadsheet with no context. The German doesn’t fit the button, the dates come out American, the Arabic runs the wrong way — and two suppliers each say the gap belongs to the other.

ProFlow puts software developers, IT consultants and professional linguists in one team. Work flows from the first line of code to the final wording without being thrown over a wall, and you have one person to call about all of it.

What we do

Four services. One current.

Book one on its own, or join them up when a job crosses the line between code and language. That’s where we’re most useful.

Where the two meet

Follow one button from code to customer.

Localisation is the job where software and language have to cooperate. Here is how a single label — “Pay now” — travels through our team.

  1. Our developers never type words straight into a screen. Every label is a key that a translator can find, and a test can check.

  2. Each string travels with a note: where it appears, how long it may be, and a screenshot. Nobody translates “Pay now” blind.

  3. Native-speaker linguists translate, a second linguist reviews, and the glossary keeps your product’s vocabulary consistent.

  4. We test every language in the product itself: text that overflows, prices, dates, and layouts that read right to left.

Languages

Strongest in the Baltic and Eastern European languages. Covered well beyond them.

Every translation is done by a native speaker of the target language and read by a second linguist before it reaches you. Interpreters are briefed on your subject before the meeting, not in the lift.

How we work

How a project flows.

The same five steps whether it’s an app, an audit or a forty-page contract. The only thing that changes is what we hand back.

  1. 1Day one

    Tell us what’s needed

Send a message or book a 30-minute call. Share files, links or just the problem. We’ll sign an NDA first if you’d like.

  2. 2Within two working days

    Get a fixed quote

Scope, price and dates in writing. If it isn’t something we should be doing, we’ll say so and suggest who should.

  3. 3Weekly updates

    We do the work

Software in short cycles you can see and try. Translation starts with a sample passage, so tone is agreed early.

  4. 4Before sign-off

    Check it together

You review, we fix. Code is tested, every translation is read by a second linguist, and localised screens are checked in the product.

  5. 5Yours to keep

    Handover and aftercare

Code, documents, glossaries and accounts handed over in your name, with a support period agreed in the quote.

Who we are

A young company with old-fashioned habits.

ProFlow Co Professional Services Ltd was founded in London in February 2026 by people who had spent years on both sides of the handover — building software for businesses, and translating and interpreting for them. We put the two under one roof and wrote down the habits worth keeping.

  • One person to call

Every project has a named lead who understands both the code and the copy — and answers the phone.

  • Fixed quotes, in writing

Scope, price and dates agreed before work starts. If something changes, the change is quoted before it’s made.

  • Everything in your name

Repositories, domains, cloud accounts, glossaries and translation memories belong to you, not to us.

  • Confidential by default

NDAs on request, files handled under UK GDPR, and deleted when you ask. Interpreters are bound by the same terms.

  • Plain English

Reports and quotes you can forward to your board, your bank or your auditor without a glossary.

Start a project

Something that needs to work — or to be understood?

Tell us about it. We reply within one working day with questions, a rough plan, or a straight answer that we’re not the right fit.
